THIS booth is NO out of pocket cost to you!  Just donate a terrific prize for their raffles.  You need your own chairs, tables, lights. Setup can start at 4:30pm.
On Thursday, January 28th 2010, from 6-10 PM, Hooters of
Bradenton will be hosting a Bike Night organized by the Blue Knights. The
proceeds will benefit the scholarship fund for Braden River High School’s
male ♀ athletes. There will be food and drink specials, tri-cycle
races, a 50/50, raffle items, carnival games and vendors. Music will be
provided by Final Cut. Fun for the whole family to benefit
Student Athletes for years to come!
We are lookingfor volunteers to work this event with us; parking
attendants, 50/50 collectors, raffle table attendants, ticket sales, & game
attendants. Call, text, or e-mail (above) if you can do one of these jobs.
We also need vendors to come and set up their wares. We ask only
for a raffle item in return. Vendors can set up at 4:30pm and must provide
their own table, chairs, lighting and extension cord. A generator will be
provided. Call, text or e-mail (above) if you’d like to have vending space.
Our greatest need is for raffle items. These can include, but are not
limited to; gift certificates, gift baskets, diner gift cards, massages,
manicure/pedicure certificates, oil changes, golf outings, fishing trips, retail gift cards, etc. Collect them and contact us. You can bring them on the night or we can get them from you!
